What we build

Technology-wide execution: software, infrastructure and connected products.

We cover software, SaaS, mobile, cloud, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, AI and connected hardware. Each engagement requires qualified delivery and compliance coverage.
Core

B2B software / SaaS

We prioritise narrow, valuable workflow problems where a defined buyer can measure improvement and recurring use is plausible. Typical work includes SaaS, enterprise applications, web and mobile platforms, marketplaces, workflow automation, data products and optional AI capabilities. We avoid adding AI where rules, search or conventional software would solve the problem more reliably.

Core

Technology implementation services

We plan and deliver cloud and infrastructure builds or migrations, data platforms, cybersecurity improvements, integrations and enterprise technology programmes. Delivery includes architecture, implementation, testing, cutover, recovery and agreed ongoing operations. AI is used only where useful.

Selective

Consumer and connected products

Consumer products are accepted selectively. They must show a credible acquisition channel, early retention, responsible content and data practices, and enough capital to test without depending on viral growth. Products involving vulnerable users or high-stakes advice face stricter review or rejection.

Scoped

Connected hardware, IoT and infrastructure

Zarryl can coordinate specialist industrial design, electronics, firmware, prototypes, manufacturing partners, certification and testing, storage, distribution and field support when included in the scope. Infrastructure work can include networks, data centres, cloud platforms and migration programmes. No manufacturing capacity, accreditation or physical presence is implied without verified partners.

Physical products

Hardware and infrastructure are budgeted differently.

Hardware requires separate prototype, bill-of-materials, tooling, certification, minimum-order, inventory, logistics and warranty budgets. Infrastructure requires site and access readiness, vendor lead times, resilience and cutover planning. We quote these explicitly; software pricing and deployment timelines are never applied to physical products.

Boundaries

Use cases we will not accept at launch.

  • Deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, unlawful surveillance or manipulation.
  • Guaranteed-income, credit-repair, gambling or speculative-trading propositions framed as assured outcomes.
  • Automated high-stakes medical, legal, employment, credit or insurance decisions without qualified human governance and jurisdictional review.
  • Products built on data that the client cannot lawfully provide or license.
  • Spam, evasion, credential theft, malware, fraud enablement or platform-policy circumvention.
